At TAG4Care our mission is to support, uplift, and empower caregivers by offering essential resources, self-care opportunities, and a strong, compassionate community.
Through wellness retreats, mental health support, self-care toolkits, peer support groups, and financial assistance for respite care, we equip caregivers with the tools they need to restore their well-being, prevent burnout, and sustain their caregiving journey.
At Tag4Care, our vision is to create a community where self-care is a top priority for caregivers and they can access the resources needed to achieve optimal well-being.
We take a holistic approach to the well-being of caregivers, addressing not only the obvious stressors but also the underlying causes and contributing factors through a community of resources.
We offer a range of programs that address the unique needs of our communities. At Tag4Care, we strive to create sustainable solutions for long-lasting impact.

At Tag4Care we know we are not alone. Please take a moment to share your story. Tell us who you are, who you care for, what ailment they have, and what you do to find the light in the darkness everyday. Let's celebrate our community.
My son, Trenten, was diagnosed with Juvenile Huntington's Disease when he was 13 years old in 2021. By 2024 he needed constant care, so I took a leave of absence from work to be home with him. For 24 hours a day and seven days a week I was his primary caregiver. I learned that there were very few organizations that focused on the caregivers. Knowing that caregiver burnout is a real thing, I knew this had to change and so TAG4Care was born in the Spring of 2025.
Huntington's disease (HD) is a progressive, inherited neurodegenerative disorder that affects the brain and causes a wide range of symptoms. Juvenile Huntington disease (HD) is a less common, early-onset form of Huntington disease that begins in childhood or adolescence. It is a progressive disorder that causes the breakdown of brain cells in certain areas of the brain. This results in uncontrolled movements, loss of intellectual abilities, and emotional disturbances. Juvenile HD is defined by the onset of symptoms before age 20 years and accounts for 5-10% of all HD cases.
Trenten passed 2 days after he turned 18 in 2025. Now we are focused on caring for all caregivers. HD and JHD thrust us onto this path, but we know that there are many reasons people need caregivers and even more reasons people become caregivers. We are here to uplift all of these reasons and caregivers.
